So, I knew customer service was for me. I also knew I wanted a peaceful job. When I had the chance in 1987 to help my friend clean residential windows, I jumped at the opportunity.
I loved it from day one. The freedom and satisfaction it provided were just what I was looking for. I quickly went out on my own and started acquiring customers by word of mouth. I loved meeting people and working in a new home every day. Seeing how happy people are after having their windows professionally cleaned brings me joy.
